Ascot Grange Care Home

Having only been a part of the Signature at Ascot Grange team for 6 months, it has undoubtedly been one of the best places I have had the opportunity of working. From the attention to the environment that the members of staff and the community live and work in, to the person centred care that is provided, every aspect is taken with a thoughtful approach to all. It is a pleasure to be a part of a community that not only strives for excellence but also puts the wants and needs of the individual where it should be, at the top of the list.

There is such a lovely atmosphere when walking into Ascot Grange. You can tell the residents are very happy and well cared for by the staff. Thank you.

I’ve been working here for 2 years and it’s the happiest 2 years I’ve ever been amazing. I can’t imagine my life without Signature being such a massive part of it. Amazing team of all staff, carers have so much compassion and love for our resident. Fantastic Nurses and all round amazing place to be.

I joined Signature, Ascot Grange in late 2020 in a Sales and Marketing role and have had the pleasure of working with such a diverse cross section of skilled individuals. Everyone has a pivotal role to play in making Ascot Grange a very special place and a safe home for our residents to enjoy and I believe they consider it “their home”.

I have worked here for 5 months now and it’s been the best time, i’ve been welcomed so well and i enjoy coming to work everyday. The residents are always lovely and chatty. It’s such a friendly, lively atmosphere and i wouldn’t want to work anywhere else !! Cant recommend Ascot Grange enough :)

I joined Ascot Grange in February as a part time Covid Testing Coordinator. Just 2 months into my role I was offered a full time position as the Business Administrator. I am really enjoying the role and the opportunities to train and develop are always available to me. I have worked at Ascot Grange for nearly 1 year now. After working at some of the UK leading senior care homes in the country I can honestly say Signature outshines them all. They are a great company to work for, they work towards their values everyday and they look after there staff and residents with the upmost respect.

I have worked at Ascot Grange for over 2 years now, its a fantastic place to work. All staff are working as a team aiming at delivering highest standard personal centered care for all of our residents.

Posh aesthetics on the inside, but poor management, nursing care that is non existent even though you £650 per week for and complete lack of any care. We put my mother in for respite care while we were on holiday. She had a sore on her back about a pea size but when she came home after 4 weeks the sore had become infected and grew 5 times the original size. They lost half of her clothing and had someone else's underwear. She lost 3 stone in weight in 4 weeks. She was due to have a catheter change while in the nursing home but they refused to carry this out and again causing a UTI. We told the home and my mum told them multiple times but was ignored. Use this so called.nursing home at your own risk. Be warned.

The facilities on entry to the reception are very similar to that of a luxury hotel-coffee and cakes on arrival, a welcoming smile & attractive furnishings. However, it soon becomes apparent that a good care home requires far more than a glittering “front of house”. Quality care requires fully qualified staff, a motivation to truly care for the welfare and safeguarding of residents and a holistic approach to dementia care to ensure that dignity is always upheld whatever the situation. As a family, we can honestly & evidentially prove that we have removed my father from Ascot Grange as a result of the quality of care he received.

I began my journey with the signature family in March 2021. What an experience it has been, the team are hardworking and friendly. The residents are are adorable 😍.
