Lifted Care (live in)

From my first call to the Lifted office they identified the urgency of the care we needed to put in place for my mother and showed great empathy to what we - the family - were dealing with. It was quite a relief to find that they were not only able to match a carer to live in for the period, but how quickly they were able to commence the service once the assessment had been completed - a few days. Our carer Angela did a sterling job in looking after my mother and her feedback to us has meant we have not had to worry about my mother living at home safely while she has been recovering after a serious fall. I would highly recommend the services provided by Lifted team and staff.

My Mother was reluctant to have Carers at first but after using Lifted she looks forward to her visits. As my Mother’s needs have increased Lifted has been able to adjust the amount of Care provided. The team is always available to help and the App is very useful to find out details of visits and what sort of day my Mother is having.
