Hamilton George Care

I have been with Hamilton George since June 2022 and cannot express how brilliant they are as a care agency. The support from Head office is fantastic along with the on going training and regular check-in's with carers and clients you never feel alone. There is always someone there with support and advice when or if needed. I can honestly say that my experience with Hamilton George has been amazing and if I needed care for a loved one I would definitely turn to them and 100% recommend them to others

The team were great during the interview and onboarding process and provided enough information to prepare for my first placement. They took my experiences as a carer and who I am as a person into consideration when finding me a suitable placement. Everyone from the office are well experienced in their field and always gave great advice and support before, during and after placement. I have now almost been with Hamilton and George for 1 year and would highly recommend for anyone wanting to try live in care for the first time or anyone looking for a company who genuinely care for their staff. Great place to work!

Hamilton George are a fantastic company to work with and can honestly say been the happiest and most professional job in my almost 30 years in healthcare. The staff do their utmost and beyond to support me in my role and really listen to any needs issues or input I may have. I can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone wanting to pursue a career as a carer.

I have 3 years years experience as a carer. 2 months ago I tried to get a job in Hamilton George Care. I had an appointment for a job interview, but nobody approached me due to "technical reasons", I waited for an hour. Although I took a leave from work that day, the head of the agency said that he can't invite me to a meeting today because "he is busy and we can meet in 3 days." I did not receive another reply so that I could arrange a different date. I was finally scheduled for a next video meeting on Tuesday at 2 p.m., I didn't get any link prior to the video meeting even though I requested for it. When I called the boss with whom I was supposed to have an interview at the appointed time, no one answered. I called the office and they didn't know anything about the matter. They said that the boss was very busy and that they will find out about everything and will call me back. They didn't call to me. After two days I called the same person and he told me, that he doesn't remember anything about my case and assured me that I "shouldn’t worry and wait". Few days later on the next call, the same person informed me that I was “unsuccessful” even though I had told him that I didn't even have an initial interview and didn't fill out anything. He was surprised by that and told me that it must be a mistake and he will check up on it. Then on the next day he called me "by mistake" until he stopped responding. I actually took 2 days off for an interview that never happened. Such constant deceiving people is beneath human dignity. It's probably a scam aiming for getting a personal data or they're simply ridiculous people with no respect towards others.
