Mum's been at the laurels 3 years in December and if it wasn't for the the dedicated loving care that she has received from all the staff i don't think she would be with us today. It's a pleasure to visit you are all ways felt welcome before we had lockdown, its home from home . Times have been hard through the lockdown but you have kept my mum Maureen safe and well visiting now is different but you all smile and make us feel welcome and we are just glad to be able to see mum again at a safe distance to keep her safe. Well done the laurels keep up the fantastic work you do xx

My Mum was once a resident here this year. We were so glad we picked this Care Home as its like one big family who go up and beyond what there job description states.
