Lakeview is amazing. We brought my grandmother down from Scotland due to her illness and we weren't 100% on where she should live. We have not regretted it. She has made so many close connections and she is so happy. It's reassuring during this time when we have only Seen her a couple of times in a year that she is happy. We speak to her regularly on the phone and see pictures of her happy face on Facebook. The staff are so lovely and they genuinely care. Very happy and would highly recommend.

I can definitely say my aunt has the best of care at Lakeview Lodge. She has been a Resident for the 0ast 20 months and has settled in very well. The staff are great and keep us fully informed of any changes or issues. They have been wonderful during the Pandemic. I couldn't recommend Lakeview Lodge, more highly.

Lakeview Lodge is a really good residential home. All the carers there are verty professional and caring. But, if your loved one suffers from dementia and has some behaviour issues, or will develop in the futiure behavioural challenges as the illness progresses, then this residenmtial home is probably not for you. Their core competence is residential and it's more like a very good OAP home than a care home.

Very poor customer service skills. Receptionist needs to learn manners how to talk with someone over phone when they asking for queries.
