I find the managers very approachable, The staff are like family not staff feal relaxed around them. Also they treat you with respect. I'm vegetarian and the food is lovely alot of choice. The place is kept clean at all times. I get regular baths and shower. They do regular activities you are always entertainment, the activity girls are really good to talk to. Would recommend it. Love you all Jackie

My auntie is in here. The level of neglect she has endured is absolutely disgusting. They leave her sat in her own pee.. and her teeth are rotten as they don't help to brush them!!!! Something needs doing

such a nice little home would be even better if it was run better the care staff are lovely ( what there is of them ) but stuck in there old ways and don't want the change
