I had the pleasure of visiting the Cambridge Manor Care Home as part of our choir team for a Christmas carol concert today. We were impressed by the warm welcome from the staff and the residents. The care and support provided to the residents were remarkable, as the staff went the extra mile to help the residents join the concert and give support we needed. The residents' enthusiastic and joyful response to our performance was heartwarming, and we look forward to visiting again for the next event.

I have worked with the Cambridge manor family for 2.5 years.My colleagues are amazing and dedicated staff who genuinely do care for our residents and their families.The care,dedication and friendliness of every single member of staff is tremendous.Each and everyone of them is professional,courteous,compassionate ,supportive and welcoming.

I have worked with the cambridge manor family for ten years and my team are amazing and really supportive. We always strive for the best for our residents and always provide top-quality, person-centred care. I love being part of the team and we demonstrate a one team approach on a daily basis.

Cambridge manor care home is a wonderful care home and a happy place to work in. All the residents are looked after well and are provided exceptional care.

Please be aware that at least 50% of these reviews are from the staff. Personally I don't think that's right... There are 3 floors and 3 different types of care environment within this home. What you see on the ground floor is not representative of the other two floors. Each floor is different; 2nd floor is the dementia unit, 3rd floor end of life. Be warned if your loved one has advanced dementia with any type of challenging behaviour beyond calling out then it is quite possible that they will not be able to cope and give notice on providing care.

The team are super supportive, together we make a wonderful home for our residents. It's a pleasure to look after and contribute to their lives on a daily basis. The Managemnent Team are also the best. I feel encouraged, valued and appreciated and I love working here.

The care team is solid and very supportive of each other's work. The remarkable work environment promotes collaboration and excellent care for residents. Dedication and professional growth opportunities are valued, creating a supportive culture. The emphasis on impartiality, support and growth enhances the overall work experience. There are certainly very long hours on all our shifts. Nevertheless, with all of these standout characteristics of the management and the team, the home provides a very fulfilling nursing career.

I would like to introduce this Nursing Home to all of you. I have been working here as a staff member for over six years. All the staff members take care of the residents like family and are also friendly. I also recommend working here to other people. The staff here are very dedicated and find great joy in helping the residents. The residents also feel comfortable staying here."

I enjoy visiting the care home. It’s very beautiful and the people are very friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and the bistro is the best part of the home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for loving care

What a FANTASTIC care home!!!! All the staff are really nice and helpful, and the care home is tidy, ambient, loving and with different lovely activities for the residents. The food and facilities for the residents are awesome! It feels like staying in a 5-star hotel.

Having visited the home in recent months it is clear to see that the team there are dedicated to the high care of its residents. The facilities are fantastic and the feel of the place was one of calmness, compassion and a team that goes above and beyond.

I visited the Manor carehome being a curious rehab professional working with elderly patients. The friendly staff gave me a tour of the entire home. I was impressed to see the different kind of activities residents were inolved in. This place is very accessible for people with restricted mobility.The well trained team of professionals, cater to individualised needs of the residents.
